Bettering the after-sales service
The SFIGA
i-Tech from Sassuolo, Modena, is a firm specialized in the construction of tintometric systems for the ceramic and industrial painting industry. Until before the intervention of Movingfluid, i-Tech used locally produced double diaphragm pneumatic pumps, with diameters between ¼ and 2 inches. The customer's needs were an efficient sales and after-sales service, a more reliable equipment and the possibility to find spare parts all over the world with extreme ease and speed with competitive costs.
The Solution
Movingfluid’s solution has been that of taking over their sales and after-sales service through the headquarters with dedicated warehouse in Modena. We have also installed high-reliability membrane pumps.
