The need of the customer was to sanitize tanks, barrels and barriques, avoiding the commonly used chemical agents Peracetic and Peroxide.
The Solution
Ozone, produced by a special generator, has been used to sanitize tanks instead of traditional chemical agents. Data collected before and after the sanitization process have underlined the total elimination of bacterial charge from the tanks walls due to the high ozone oxidizing power.
